The brief
A ground-floor flat in a classic Victorian terrace, enhanced by a modern L-shaped extension. A back-to-brick renovation transformed every room: a side return extension, modernised kitchen, bedrooms, upgraded bathroom, hallway and a city courtyard garden.
The open-plan kitchen and living room became the heart of the home, and the larger footprint made room for an extra bedroom — adding significant value to the flat.
What we did
Full design concepts, mood boards, CAD floor plans. Sourcing of furniture and fixtures. Born & Bred worked alongside the clients’ trades and contacts.
“Lisa is a genuine expert in every field here and we could not have navigated it without her. Having someone with this knowledge on your team is so reassuring. Lisa worked with our brief and gave us tonnes of options in terms of paint colours, wallpaper, furnishings, lighting and flooring. With the mood boards and CADs she created we were able to really visualise the space and make decisions we may not have made without them.”
