Before you book
How much is a design consultation?
The 2-Hour Interior Design Consultation is £350 + VAT. It runs in person or via Zoom, depending on your location and preference, and is the essential first step for every full design project with the studio.
Will I get a finished room design?
No — the consultation is a starting point. You’ll receive valuable recommendations and a clearer sense of direction, rather than a fully detailed room design. It’s ideal for product recommendations, colour choices and resolving issues at the start or end of a project.
Can the consultation be done online?
Yes. Consultations can be held via Zoom as well as in person. Zoom works especially well for clients outside London or for a midway check-in on a project that is already under way.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation or any scheduled appointment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will find another time that suits.
What should I prepare?
Bring your questions and anything that helps us understand the space: photos, measurements or floor plans, and inspiration images. If you already have paint samples or products in mind, have them to hand so we can give a direct opinion.
