The brief
This refined family home keeps a wealth of carefully preserved original features, including stained glass and terrazzo flooring. Through a thorough back-to-brick renovation, every room was reimagined to create a spacious, welcoming family retreat.
The redesign includes a substantial glazed extension that blends heritage with modern living. Two children’s bedrooms and a dedicated playroom complete the house — the playroom has become the ultimate destination for N10’s playdates.
What we did
Full design concepts, mood boards and floor plans. Sourcing of furniture and fixtures. Born & Bred completed the renovation working alongside the clients’ tradespeople.
